Page won’t connect? Common problems and fixes
“This Page is owned by another business”
A Page can be owned by only one business portfolio. Ask the owner to remove it from their business, or use Request access to manage it as a partner.
You don’t see your Page in the search
You need full control of the Page. Check it under the Page’s Settings → Page access, or ask an admin to give you full control.
The request is pending
Access requests must be approved by the Page owner’s business. Ask them to approve it under Settings → Requests.
What should you do next?
- Connect Instagram to your Facebook Page.
- Create a Meta ad account in the same business.
- Work with an agency? Share partner access.
